Multifamily Leasing & Community Management
KNG’s Multifamily Team offers full-service leasing and community management resources. From pre-leasing to tenant move-ins and beyond, we handle all stages of lease-up.
Marketing and Lead Generation
Our experienced Multifamily Team will manage your project’s listings across multiple platforms such as Apartments.com, Rent.com, Zillow, and the Multiple Listing Service. Weekly meetings to discuss marketing ROI will ensure your time, effort and resources are deployed efficiently.
We coordinate with your current marketing team, and can also connect you with one of our preferred partners who has more than 25 years of real estate branding and marketing experience.
Prospect Management
We are a fully integrated sales and leasing team.
We handle the central leasing office email account and schedule and manage the phones 24/7- even when we’re not on-site. Through call forwarding, every call is answered. All emails and call logs are available to you for full transparency.
We build a database of prospective clients based on inbound leads, utilizing repeat retargeting campaigns to make sure no one falls through the cracks.
Tours and Leasing
No matter what stage your project is, be it hard hat tours or staged units, we help to develop a tour path that highlights the best possible living experience. We meet weekly to discuss and adapt the tour path and highlights if need be, working with you to create a prospective tenant narrative.
KNG’s team works flexibly to maximize timing for potential showings, meaning fewer scheduling conflicts for prospective tenants compared to in-house leasing offices. We schedule tours around the tenant’s availability, and we show on nights and weekends. We schedule all tours and provide full support for tenants every step of the way.
We fully manage the tenant application process.
From initial application and tenant screening to lease execution and deposit remittance, KNG Multifamily handles it all.
Community Management
Our services don’t stop once the tenants move in - we elevate the residential experience and brand of your building.
We work with onsite staff (property managers, janitorial staff) to ensure every unit is perfectly situated for a tenant to move in at their convenience. We handle all logistics and scheduling, ensuring they receive a warm welcome home.
All new buildings experience growing pains and the KNG Multifamily Team can take care of what wrinkles need smoothing. With new and legacy projects alike, we are experienced in handling system hiccups, offering full time support both on- and off-site for tenants who need assistance - or just a friendly face.
A building is a community, and we love leading community events! Whether it’s tenant mixers, holiday parties, event space rentals, or corporate partnered outings, we strive to create fun, varied, and engaging community elevation.
